On the afternoon of October 15, 2020, Professor Wang Sihai, Miss Ma Ke, Miss Zhao Xiuqin and Miss Huo Dandan, were invited to the School of International Education and the Institute of Turkmenistan Culture of Lanzhou Jiaotong University for academic exchange.

In the course of observation and communication, Dean Zhang Guojin of International Education Institute, LanZhou JiaoTong University introduced basic situation of recruiting, employment, management, teaching, research and foreign affairs of overseas students of the institute.Saryyeva Jahan, a Turkmenistan teacher, from the School of International Education of Lanzhou Jiaotong University, introduced the construction of the Chinese and foreign literature database for international students and the construction of Turkmenistan cultural exhibition room.

Then, Professor Wang Sihai, gave an academic report. He introduced the political thoughts and practical activities of the president of Turkmenistan. Then, lessons from the transformation failure of Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan energy and transportation development strategy were introduced in detail. Lastly,He shared his thoughts, feelings and latest achievements in his research on Turkmenistan for these years.
