On November 27^th to 28^th, the General Meeting of the Chinese Association of Russian, Eastern European and Central Asian Studies (the 11^th High-Level Forum of Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia and the World) was held at Zhuhai Campus of Beijing Normal University. More than 120 experts and scholars from all over the country attended the forum. Professor Zhang Hongli was invited to attend.

It is reported that the forum was held by the Chinese Association of Russian, Eastern European and Central Asian Studies, Beijing Normal University, Institute of Russian, Eastern European and Central Asian Studies of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Center for Russian Studies in Beijing Normal University (Research Base for Regional and National Studies of the Ministry of Education), Research Center of the Belt and Road of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Alliance of Educational Universities in China and Russia. The meeting was supported by Sino-Russian Strategic Coordination Center of CITIC Foundation for Reform and Development Studies.
