On November 21^st, Forum of the Belt & Road and New Development Opportunities of Gansuwas held at Gansu Institute of Socialism, Jiao Yulan, the Vice Minister of The United Front Work Department of the CPC Gansu Provincial Committee, and Secretary of Party Leadership Group of Gansu Institute of Socialism attended the forum and delivered a speech. Xin Gangguo, Executive Deputy Dean of the Gansu Institute of Socialism, presided over the forum. Zhu Yongbiao, Executive Director of the Research Center for the Belt and Road, LZU, was invited to participate in the forum and delivered a keynote speech entitled Opportunity, Challenge and Countermeasure for Gansu Participating in the Construction of the Belt & Road, which was well received by the organizers and experts.
