On November 18^th, in order to thoroughly implement the spirit of National Conference on Education, actively respond to the Second Teaching Festival of Lanzhou University, increase teaching experience of young teachers, improve the level of their instruction, our school hold the 2019 Annual Lecture Competition of Young Faculty in Room 602 of the Student Activity Center.

The competition was presided over by Yao Zhihai, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School. Professor Wang Jinguo, Dean of the School, Professor Li Jie, Zhang Hongli and Associate Professor Jiao Yiqiang, were the judges of the competition.

There were 6 young teachers participated in the competition, and the competition consisted of three parts: design, demonstration and comment.The participants showed strong professional quality and teaching ability.Five judges gave full credit to young teachers for their display while pointed out their shortcomings at the same time. At last, Associate Professor Yang Chenbo, won the first prize in the competition and recommended to participate in the Fifth Teaching Competition for Young Teachers in Lanzhou University.
